Coming up with some healthy things to eat is often difficult with our busy schedules. I know I am often a bit crazy insane with things I have to do. I thought I'd put together a page of recipes and videos that are easy to put together.
I know that breakfast is a pain. It is so easy to just hit a drive-thru and walk off with Love-handle Muffin or Diabetes breakfast burrito. Here is an awesome way to have a healthy breakfast a la microwave. I know that some people hate microwaves but the alternatives can be bad.
